Problems with realization of stabilization program discussed in Almaty

ALMATY. March 26. KAZINFORM. A working committee created under the Kazakh Prime Minister?s commission for consideration of problems with implementation of the stabilization program has held its first sitting in Almaty Wednesday.

The session was chaired by Deputy Akim of Almaty Yerbol Shormanov. The entrepreneurs who faced problems with loan procedurs within the stabilization program took part in the meeting. Damu fund has studied all the issues and has taken then under its control. Banks and businessmen reached an agreement. The utilization of funds and solution of he emerging problems will be monitored every month. To date Almaty partner banks have approved 144 projects with the budget of KZT 8.1 billion as part of the third tranche of the stabilization program.
