Public service center opened in Ust-Kamenogorsk on eve of Constitution Day
UST-KAMENOGORSK. August 28. KAZINFORM /Lyudmila Malko/ Public service center and teen club 'Mechta' (Dream) reconstructed under the Road Map Program have been opened today in Ust-Kamenogorsk on the eve of the Constitution Day and Day of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
Opening the public service center Mayor of Ust-Kamenogorsk Islam Abishev noted that the objective of the authorities is to respond to appeals of the population. The Mayor visited teen club 'Mechta' where about 300 children attend sports and group sessions.
The mayor also visited a horse sports complex of 'Titan' Firm. According to owner of the firm Nikolay Kuzmin the firm has started construction of teen horse sports school in 2008. He also informed that a program of therapeutic horse riding is being developed for children with disabilities.
