'Public services' draft approved by Kazakh Government
ASTANA. December 11. KAZINFORM A draft law "On public services" has been approved by the Kazakh Government today.

"Basic conceptual direction in this draft is the definition of "public service" as one of the forms of certain state functions' realization, performed individually on service receivers' appeals aimed at providing them with appropriate material and non-material values," Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Dossayev told, presenting the draft.
The draft law establishes requirements for the development of inventories, standards and regulations for public services. The registry will be approved by the Government, and provide a list of classified government services.
The draft law also plans to decentralize the power of the Government according to the standards of public services.
