Public services' draft law considered in Kazakh Senate

ASTANA. March 18. KAZINFORM The Senate Committee for Economic Development and Entrepreneurship has considered a draft law "On public services" today during the enlarged meeting.

The draft law provides for the definition of the order of delivery of public services, a new concept of "public service", the legal regulation of the rights of consumers of public services, and public monitoringof public service quality.

The meeting also reviewed the accompanying Senate bill "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on issues of public services."
