Pupils and college students of Astana city will visit special institutions of internal affairs agencies
"In order to prevent violations and crimes among minors, as well as to increase their law knowledge, to make children and adults familiarize with police work, to teach teenagers the main rules of conduct in public places, a large-scale republican campaign "Teenager - Law - Safety" is held within the territory of Astana city", it is reported in the message.
In the course of the campaign minors of different age categories (schoolchildren of 5-7 grades, and college students of Astana city) will visit special institutions of internal affairs agencies (Detention center for the administratively apprehended, reception center for persons of no fixed abode and without documents), Dog service center and DIA Museum, as well as Minors' adaptation center, where every representative of state authorities will answer questions asked by teenagers. Besides, as part of the event policemen will visit children from difficult families and minors preventively registered, as well as senior school pupils of educational institutions in the city. It's worth noting that since the start of the year more than 250 parents have been brought to administrative responsibility for such violations as child neglect, minors being in places of entertainment unaccompanied by their legal representatives at night, and disorderly conduct.
