Purchase of Kazakh nonmilitary supplies to Afghanistan planned: R.Hougland

US Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Kazakhstan Richard Hougland has made it public at a briefing, Kazinform reports.

Kazakhstan supported the Agreement allowing the transit of nonmilitary supplies to the international forces in Afghanistan through its territory. ?You understand why it is so important for the USA.
