Quake of 4.2 magnitude recorded in Chinese territory

A 4.2-magnitude earthquake has been registered southeast of Almaty city this afternoon, Kazinform News Agency reports. 

The quake was centered in the territory of China – 286km southeast of Almaty city.

It hit at a depth of 10km at 1:30pm Almaty time.
