Quake strikes southwest of Almaty

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM – An earthquake measuring 4.9 on the MPV scale was recorded southwest of Almaty city this night, Kazinform reports.

The quake shook the Chinese territory 872km southwest of the Kazakh city of Almaty . It hit at a depth of 5km at 1:52 am.
