Rain and snow to batter Kazakhstan throughout Friday

Mets issued a weather forecast for Kazakhstan for December 20, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhydromet.

The northern cyclone lingers for another day across Kazakhstan bringing snow and rain to the greater part of the country, and heavy precipitation to the south and southeast. 

High wind, ground blizzard, ice-slick, and fog are in store for Kazakhstan today. 

On December 19 the greater part of Kazakhstan stayed under the impact of the northern anticyclone, which will bring snow and blizzard. The country’s south and southwest will see sleet, while heavy snow is expected in the central part of Kazakhstan.
