Rain and snow to hit Kazakhstan Dec 22

Unstable weather with precipitation (rain and snow) persists in western, northern and eastern regions on Friday, December 22, Kazinform News Agency reports via Kazhydromet.

No precipitation is expected in the remaining parts.

Fog, ice slick, and gusting wind are forecast as well, with ground blizzard to hit northern regions.

Wind speed in the northeast of Zhambyl region, in the area of Alakol Lake in Zhetysu region will exceed sometimes 30 meters per second in the morning and in the daytime.
