Rain and snow to hit Kazakhstan Dec 5

Most parts of Kazakhstan will be hit by rain and snow today, due to the cyclone and atmospheric fronts caused by it, Kazinform News Agency reports via Kazhydromet.

Western regions only will enjoy no precipitation today.

Fog and black ice as well as strong wind are forecast across the country.
