Rain and snow to hit N Kazakhstan

PETROPAVLOVSK. KAZINFORM A storm alert has been issued for North Kazakhstan region for days to come. 

Rain and snow are forecast to hit North Kazakhstan in the night on September 11-12 with air temperature going down to minus 1-3 degrees Celsius, Kazhydromet reports.
