Reception for members of “Things to do” American NGO held in Washington

ASTANA. November 16. KAZINFORM Friendly reception for representative of one of the biggest NGOs of the USA "Things to do" and public speaking of Kazakh Ambassador to the USA Yerlan Idrisov was held in the Kazakh Embassy in Washington, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Embassy.

The organization was established in 2004 on the basis of "Society of Young Professionals" and to date includes about 50 thousand young people from different spheres of the social life, united by common aspiration to the development of cultural contacts and personal enrichment.

Over 60 members of the organization were received in the Embassy. The guests got acquainted with exhibition of the Kazakh national clothes, household and art items, musical instruments, and watched film about Kazakhstan and listened to the Kazakh music.

Addressing to the representatives of the organization, Y.Idrisov noted that hospitability and curiosity, warmth of hearts and smiles unite the organization and Kazakhstanis. He invited all members of the organization to visit Kazakhstan in the nearest future.
