Recommendations on improvement of Kazakhstan’s positions in rating of World Economic Forum to be discussed in Karaganda

"One of the steps for improving of Kazakhstan's indexes is seen in attraction of direct foreign investments. In comparison with internal investments their value is much higher. Modern technology, new methods for company administration as well as high qualified managers are also involved along with foreign investments. The same time other ways of industrial-innovative development of the country can be attracted as well", - the organizers of the seminar noted.
The national seminar was organized by the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Trade and 'Kaztranssystem' Company. Representatives of central state bodies, municipal and regional akimats, national companies, branch associations and business-circles were invited to the seminar.
According to the World Economic Forum national competitiveness is a set of political, economic and social factors determining the level of the performance rate of country. The Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) is used for the evaluation. The GCI list of countries covers 125 economic systems which are at different stages of economic development.
