Report of Kazakhstan's chairmanship of UN Disarmament Commission presented at 1st UN GA Committee meeting

A report of the annual session of the UN Disarmament Commission (UNDC) was presented at a meeting of the First Committee of the United Nations General Assembly, Kazinform News Agency cites the press service of the Kazakh MFA.

The UNDC report was presented by the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the UN Akan Rakhmetullin, who is the Chairman of the 2023 session of the Commission.

The UNDC report contains recommendations for the practical implementation of confidence-building and transparency measures in the field of preventing an arms race in outer space.
