RFCA proposes to establish training center on Islamic financing
ASTANA. March 10. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of activities of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty City Arken Arystanov supposes to create a center of training of specialists in Islamic financing.
"Today we lack skilled personnel in Islamic financing," A.Arystanov stressed it at a seminar on development of Islamic finance at the Kazakh Majilis.
According to him, the Islamic Development Bank and other Islamic financial institutions could be attracted for creation of this institution.
"But we think that the state should be a major investor," Mr.Arystanov said.
He also proposed to establish such a center under the Academy of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty City.
