RK Ambassador meets Tajik Minister of Internal Affairs

ASTANA. March 26. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan Ambassador to Tajikistan Abutalip Akhmetov met yesterday with Minister of Internal Affairs of this country, Lieutenant-General of militia Abdurahim Qahhorov.

As the press service of the Kazakh Embassy informed, the Ambassador briefed on the main provisions of RK President Nursultan Nazarbayev?s Message to the Nation ?Through Crisis to Renovation and Prosperity?. In particular, A. Akhmetov drew A. Qahhorov?s attention to the President?s address to the country?s law-enforcement bodies with a task to enhance struggle against corruption, fraud and law violation. The Tajik Minister expressed interest in the RK President?s article ?Keys to the Crisis? published in the Tajik mass media. Commenting on the article, the Kazakh Diplomat focused on N. Nazarbayev?s initiative on introduction of a single world currency which as he noted ?will allow to integrate into the global economy and find the way to overcome the crisis?. Special attention was given to establishing and activating cooperation in combating corruption, ensuring law order and security in Central Asia.
