Road traffic accident in Korday district ? Zhambyl region

ZHAMBYL REGION. February 18. KAZINFORM /Galina Skripnik/ A serious car accident took place on the 209 kilometer of Almaty-Tashkent road, Kazinform refers to the press-service of the Internal affairs Department of Zhambyl region.

A 19 year old ?Audi-80? driver, citizen of Gvardeysky village, drove on oncoming lane and ran into ?Toyota? driven by a 32 years old citizen of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. As a result, a 46 year old passenger of ?Audi?, commander of howitzer platoon of the military unit of ?Yug? (South) regional division died at very spot of the accident. The ?Audi? driver died during transportation to the hospital. Two passengers of ?Toyota? including 17 years-old fellow from Kyrgyzstan were taken to the hospital with various injuries.
