Rosneft to create international logistics hub in Bishkek

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Leader of Russia's petroleum industry, Rosneft is poised to get control over all airports in Kyrgyzstan, RBK reports.

According to Kommersant newspaper, Rosneft signed a memorandum of understanding on acquisition of no less than 51% share of the Manas International Airport LLC that owns all 10 Kyrgyz airports. The company can invest up to $1 for the acquisition of the shares.

Rosneft plans to create a large-scale international logistics hub in the capital of Kyrgyzstan - Bishkek.
