ASTANA. February 21. KAZINFORM By the Resolution of the Kazakh Government as of January 16, 2009 the Rules of usage of the final current transfers for the healthcare from the national budget for 2009 to regional budgets, Astana and Almaty budgets approved, Kazinform reports.
