Russia's Lavrov to pay official visit to Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov will pay an official visit to Ust Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan, on August 6-7.

As part of his trip, the Russian FM will visit a number of Kazakh-Russian joint ventures of the East Kazakhstan region.

Lavrov is expected to hold talks with Kazakh Foreign Minister Erlan Idrissov to focus on ongoing Kazakhstan-Russia cooperation in political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres and urgent issues of the international agenda, the ministry's press service said.
