Russian-Kazakh relations have friendly and constructive character - Vladimir Putin

ASTANA. December 17. KAZINFORM Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has sent a telegram of congratulations to Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov on the 20th anniversary of independence of the country.

The telegram reads, that "over the last two decades Kazakhstan reached significant success in constructing state institutions, solution of the large-scale problems of socio-economic development and strengthening its positions in the international arena. Efforts of the country's leadership on acceleration of the integration process in the Eurasian space, activation of multilateral interaction within regional unions are of well-deserved recognition."

"The Russian-Kazakh relations have friendly and constructive character. They distinguish with high intensity of the bilateral dialog at all levels, close mutually beneficial cooperation in trade-economic, scientific, humanitarian and other spheres, partnership interaction in international affairs," the telegram reads.
