Russian maestro teaches young Kazakhstani pianists in Astana
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Maestro Valery Pyasetsky from Russia was invited to Kazakhstan to hold a 5-day master class for young pianists in Astana, Kazinform has learnt from astana.kz.
All participants of the master class are contenders for prizes of the Astana Piano Passion international competition. One of the best pianists in the world - professor at Tchaikovsky Conservatory Valery Pyasetsky was kindly invited to the Kazakh capital to help local talents polish their skills. In his words, within the framework of the master class he trains at least 8 pianists a day.
"The master class for 30 youngsters is held on the threshold of the Astana Piano Passion competition," V. Pyasetsky said.
Professor Pyasetsky gives young pianists valuable advice and points out mistakes. He praised Kazakhstani participants and said they stand a good chance to win top places at this year's competition.
