Russian Permanent Representative to CIS charter and other bodies expressed opinion on President?s Message

MINSK. March 17. KAZINFORM Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the CIS charter and other bodies, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Yevgeny Belov expressed his opinion on Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev?s Message; Kazinform refers to the press service of the Kazakh Embassy in Belarus.

?The President?s Message ?Through crisis to renovation and prosperity? should be typed as a document, which is approved in the most difficult time. Probably, it is the President?s duty ? to specify clearly the situation, name reasons, show measures, which were taken by the country?s leadership, specify prospects of overcoming the crisis and the most important thing ? specify a role and place of the state authorities of all levels, deputies of Parliament and maslikhats, parties and public organizations, workers of mass media, every Kazakhstani in overcoming the problems of the crisis. Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev?s Message to the nation is a good example for state leaders, who really ensure creation of stable, successful developing country?, the response notes.
