"Probably, the most important thing is to develop common principles of conflicts regulation and adhere to them in all crisis situations, not only in certain cases", Medvedev said taking the floor at the OSCE Summit in Astana today.

According to him, the common principles should include non-use of force, reaching a consensus by the parties, respect for negotiating and peacekeeping formats, ensuring rights of the civilians trapped in conflict zones.

The Russian President stressed that solution of such issues must be absolutely peaceful.
