Rybakina ranks among this season's Top 5 best paid female tennis players

Five female tennis players earned more than 5 million dollars each in the current season. Elena Rybakina, the No.1 tennis player in Kazakhstan, also ranks among the Top 5 highest earning tennis players worldwide, Kazinform Agency reports.

Iga Swiatek with estimated 9.8 million US dollars is on top of the highest-paid female tennis players' list in the world. Swiatek is followed by Aryna Sabalenka (8.2 million US dollars), Coco Gauff (6.7 million US dollars), Jessica Pegula (6 million US dollars) and Elena Rybakina (5.5 million US dollars), Sports.ru reported.

15 female tennis players earned more than 2 million US dollars, 42 more than one million US dollars, and 101 above 500,000 US dollars each.

For the first time ever over 100 female tennis players each earned at least 500,000 for the season.
