S.Akhmetov appointed Karaganda oblast Governor

ASTANA-AKORDA. November 19. KAZINFORM By the Kazakh Preside3nt's Decree Serik Akhmetov has been appointed Karaganda oblast Governor and relieved of the post of Kazakhstan Vice Prime Minister.
