S Korea President suggests creating 3 belts of joint coop with Kazakhstan

Korean President Lee Myung-bak suggested Kazakhstan and Korea creating three belts of joint cooperation ? in energy, information technologies and transport as well as strengthen interaction in the sphere of environment. ?Cooperation in energy sector means both interaction in the sphere of natural resources and development of infrastructure projects, including formation of an energy sources supply network. We have one good pattern - a project on construction of Balkhash hydro-electric power station that is linked to building of a power line?, the leader said. ?During our today?s talks President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev accepted my proposal to cooperate in the field of high speed wireless Internet. I hope it will serve a starting point of cooperation in the sphere of information technologies?, he noted. Top managers of such Korean companies as Daewoo, Hyundai, Eximbank and others took part in the forum.
