S Korea to supply medical equipment to Kazakhstan
ASTANA. May 13. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Kazakhstan and South Korea intend to boost cooperation in healthcare, the joint statement of the Kazakh, Korean Presidents adopted following the talks in Akorda reads.

The Korean side highly appraised the reforms in healthcare conducted by the Kazakh Government and expressed an intention to supply medical equipment to the clinics of the districts bordering the former Semipalatinsk nuclear testing site.
The Republic of Korea will provide assistance in training medical personnel for these clinics as well.
