S. Korean companies keen to work with Iran

TEHRAN. KAZINFORM South Korean Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se reiterated that the country's companies and corporations are interested in the further expansion of cooperation with Iranian firms in trade and economy.

"South Korean companies are pursuing the developments (nuclear deals between Iran and six powers) and are willing to boost cooperation with Iran on economy and trade," Yun Byung-se said in a meeting with Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Asia and Oceania Ebrahim Rahimpour in Seoul. He further reiterated that South Korea has always attached great importance to bilateral relations with Iran, ISNA informs. Ebrahim Rahimpour, for his part, said Iranian nation believes that South Koreans are peace-seeking people, and there is no dark point in bilateral relations between the two countries. He also referred to nuclear talks between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany and said, "Although there are some disputes on the nuclear case, but the process is positive overall and we hope that a final agreement between Iran and G5+1 will be signed as soon as possible. The turning point of the talks is that the western side recognized Iran's enrichment right."
