Sales turnover between Kazakhstan, South Korea increased 100fold: Park Kee-poong
ASTANA. October 29. KAZINFORM Sales turnover between Kazakhstan and South Korea has increased 100fold over the last two decades, Vice Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of South Korea Park Kee-poong said at the Kazakhstani-Korean Construction Industry Forum in Astana on Tuesday.
"Diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and South Korea have been established in 1992. Over the two decades of active cooperation in the field of construction, trade, and energy the sales turnover between our countries have grown 100 times in comparison with the first year. South Korea has forwarded $3 billion of investments into Kazakhstan's economy," Mr. Park Kee-poong told the forum.
In his words, the two countries should strive for new achievements in bilateral cooperation for the sake of better future on the basis of already established solid relationships.
