Samruk-Kazyna Fund paid KZT1.3trln to state budget in 2024

Samruk-Kazyna Sovereign Wealth Fund paid 1.3 trillion tenge to the budget in 2024, Kazinform News Agency quotes Chairman of the Holding’s Management Board Nurlan Zhakupov as saying.

“This year, the company directed 1.3 trillion tenge to the state budget. 579 billion tenge of this amount was paid as dividends, 228 billion tenge was directed for social projects financing (construction of healthcare facilities, residential buildings etc.), 105 billion tenge for the gasification of villages, and 272 billion tenge for rental housing building,” said Zhakupov.

According to him, this year Samruk-Kazyna companies will pay over 2 trillion tenge in taxes to the budget, which is equal to 16% of the republican budget revenues received from taxes.

Earlier, it was reported that Samruk-Kazyna Fund's net profit in 2024 is expected to make  KZT1.8trln.
