?SamrukKazyna? Fund and Russian Foreign Trade Bank sign Memo of Understanding

ASTANA. February 5. KAZINFORM ?SamrukKazyna? National Welfare Fund and Russian ?Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)? State Corporation have signed Memo of Understanding today in Moscow, Kazinform refers to the press-service of ?SamrukKazyna? Fund.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund Kairat Kelimbetov from the side of ?SamrukKazyna? and Chairman of the Board of Directors Vladimir Dmitriyev from the side of Vnesheconombank have signed the document. According to the signed Memo Vnesheconombank intends to take part in the financing of foreign trade contracts within the Kazakh-Russian investment projects in Kazakhstan. Total credit means amounted to USD 3 bln for 10 years. The sides will consider possibility of joint elaborations for financing export-import operations in the context of investment projects in the field of chemistry, petroleum, oil and gas industry, infrastructure, energy, agriculture, transport and telecommunications. Russia is the main foreign trade partner of Kazakhstan. The credit line received from the Vnesheconombank will let reduce pressure on cash outflow at the import of Russian production.
