ASTANA. January 27. KAZINFORM /Zauresh Balkenova/ At the beginning of February ?SamrukKazyan? National Welfare Fund will be able to place USD 1 bln in the second-tier banks for financing the projects in small and medium business, Head of ?SamrukKazyna? National Welfare Fund Kairat Kelimbetov has said today.

?Prime Minister Karim Massimov has just approved the scheme of allocation of USD 1 bln from the National Fund to the banks. Beginning from February the Fund will be able to place these means in the second tier banks and start financing small business enterprises?, K. Kelimbetov said. He reminded that last year the Fund financed the projects to the total amount of KZT 173 bln and refinanced 5 thousand projects.
