Saudi Government to render emergency medical aid to Gaza

ALMATY. January 12. KAZINFORM /Dauren Zhailin/ The Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia made a decision to render emergency medical aid to Gaza for sick and injured people. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Kazakhstan Hisham Bin Abdel Vahab Bin Zara has informed about it in his official statement today in Almaty, Kazinform correspondent reports.

According to the Ambassador this aid includes supply of first aid package and medicals as well as preparation of Saudi Arabian hospitals for taking in Palestinians injured in Gaza. So, two airplanes equipped with intensive care equipment and places for hospitalization of injured people were allotted for evacuation of injured people. Two cargo airplanes with the capacity of 10 tons were allotted for delivery of first aid kits. The airplanes will regularly deliver medical supplies till the end of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza Strip. At the same time, King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud initiated the nationwide action on collection of contributions to render aid to the people injured in the conflict.
