Schuchinsk meat-processing plant supplied 224 tons of marble meat to Russia in 2014
"35 cows of Hereford and Angus breeds are slaughtered every 24 hours at the plant. The enterprise produces meat in a vacuum package in accordance with the European standards. In 2014, 224 tons of marble meat were exported to Russia," the press service of the administration of Akmola region informs. Besides, the demand for the products is also quite high in Astana and Almaty. In 2015, the plant intends to process 1800 tons of marble meat. Governor of Akmola region Sergei Kulagin familiarized with the work of the plant within his working to Burabai district. "KazbeefLTD" Company has been engaged in raising of the breeding stock of Angus and Hereford breeds since 2010. 4 years ago, the company brought over 2000 thousand heads of breeding stock from the USA. Presently, the number of the stock of the company is over 12 thousand heads of the livestock.
