Scientists receive state grants: West Kazakhstan region

URALSK. February 26. KAZINFORM /Gasagali Yeraly/ Two scientists from the West Kazakhstan region became owners of state grants, announced by the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science as ?Best educator of the higher education establishment?, Kazinform reports.

Candidate of Philological Sciences, lecturer of the West Kazakhstan State University named after M.Utemisuly Nikolai Scherbanov plans to spend the grant on research works, publish a monograph and defend a doctorate thesis. The second owner of the grant is Dean of the mechanic engineering department of the West Kazakhstan Agro-Technical University named after Zhangir Khan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor Sarnsenbek Montayev.
