SCO defense ministers to discuss regional security in Astana

ASTANA. March 9. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Defense ministers of the SCO member states will meet in Astana on March 17 within the framework of Kazakhstan's SCO chairmanship. Kazakh MFA's official spokesperson Askar Abdrakhmanov informed of it at a weekly briefing on Wednesday.

The issues of international and regional security, further expansion of cooperation between SCO defense ministries are planned to be discussed. Heads of the SCO Secretariat and Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure will attend the meeting.
