Second-tier banks? commitment rate before nonresidents amounts to USD 10.5 bln

KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ According to our estimates, the commitment rate of the second-tier banks before nonresidents will amount to USD 10.5 bln for the period from December 1, 2008 till December 1, 2009. Chairman of the Financial Supervision Agency Yelena Bakhmutova informed about it today; Kazinform reports.
