Seminar on state control with participation of Russian delegation held in Almaty
Representatives of the President's Administration of Kazakhstan and Presidential Executive Office of Russia took part in the event.
The participants discussed the issues concerning new approaches to further improvement of the state control system, implementation of the anti-recessionary program of the Government and Road Map. According to Head of the Russian Delegation, Presidential Aid, Head of the Presidential Control Department Konstantin Chuichenko a memorandum on cooperation was signed between the control administrations of the Kazakh and Russian Presidents in compliance with which regular meetings are held.
"We participate in sessions, exchange views and hold seminars. This work has certain results. For example, the Law on inspection procedure according to which the audit plan of regulatory bodies will be approved by prosecutor whereas unscheduled inspections will be held only with its approval. This experience we took from Kazakhstan", - K. Chuichenko said.
In his turn Head of the President's Administration of Kazakhstan Bauyrzhan Baibek noted that the administrations of both countries cooperate with each other. "The Leaders of our countries have good relations due to which this cooperation has a high dynamism. The implementation of commissions of the Heads of our countries will straightly depend on the state apparatus", - he noted.
