Senate adopted amendments to Law on intellectual property

ASTANA. December 14. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Senate has adopted the draft Law "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on intellectual property" at a plenary session.

The bill provides modernization of certain principles of patent law, review of traditional objects of a right of intellectual property in connection with the spread of digital information technologies.
