Senate adopts Law on guaranteed transfer from National Fund for 2010-2012

ASTANA. November 12. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Senate has considered the draft Law "On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2012" at the plenary session.

This draft Law foresees the amount of the guaranteed transfer from the National Fund to the national budget for 2010 - about KZT 1.76 trln, 2011 - KZT 1.171 trln, 2012 - KZT 1.266 trln.  

Making the report on the draft Law, Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Bakhyt Sultanov noted that adopting the draft Law will allow to increase expenses on financing of budgetary programs and ensure implementation of budgetary investment projects for the medium-term period.

After the discussion the Senators adopted the Law.
