Senate approved amendments to EurAsEC Court Statute

ASTANA. May 14. KAZINFORM Kazakh Senate has considered a bill "On Ratification of the Protocol on the amendments to the Statute of the Eurasian Economic Community Court on July 5, 2012" at the expanded meeting on the constitutional legislation.

The Protocol provides treatment of business entities in the EurAsEC Court in accordance with the agreement on applications to the Court by the EurAsEC economic entities within the Customs Union.

"Now business entities can go to the EurAsEC Court to dispute the decision or inaction of the Customs Union Commission, " Kazakh Minister of Justice  Zauresh Baimoldina mentioned.
