Senate approved amendments to Law on National Welfare Fund?s activity

KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Senate of KZ Parliament approved the draft Law ?On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the National Welfare Fund?s activity? and recognition of the Law ?On Investment Fund of Kazakhstan? inoperative, Kazinform correspondent reports.

These amendments were developed to bring existing legislation into conformity with the law ?About the Fund of National Welfare? and provide its effective activity. The Law ?On Investment Fund of Kazakhstan? becomes inoperative. Amendments are also provided to 4 Codes and 14 laws.
