Senate candidate's election fund shouldn't exceed KZT 14 mln

ASTANA. KAZINFORM "The electoral fund of a candidate to the Senate should not exceed KZT 14 mln," CEC chairman Kuandyk Turgankulov said.

"National budget allots about KZT 390,000 to cover the minimum of the essential election campaigning of each candidate. Also the candidate has the right to set up its own election fund up to KZT 14 mln to promote electioneering to the full extent lawful," he added.
