Senate ratified Free Trade Agreement between Kazakhstan and Serbia

TANA. November 10. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Senate has adopted the Law "On ratification of the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Serbia" at a plenary session.

As Minister for Economic Integration Zhanar Aitzhanova informed, according to the Agreement, the parties do not apply and will not apply customs duties, taxes and charges having equivalent effect of customs duties on import of goods originating in the territory of the other side. Export of goods is regulated in accordance with national legislation of states parties.
