ASTANA. March 4. KAZINFORM Senate Speaker Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Deputy Executive Director of the International Energy Agency Richard Jones, the press service of the House informs.

The sides shared opinions on the issues of cooperation between Kazakhstan and the International Energy Agency and emphasized an important role of our country in ensuring world energy security.

The Speaker informed R. Jones about the legislative support of development of energy sector and noted that it was important to study European experience in the sphere of legal regulation of the energy sector.
