Senate Speaker left for St. Petersburg to attend sessions of EurAsEC Interparliamentary Assembly

ASTANA. December 22. KAZINFORM Chairman of the Kazakh Senate Kairat Mami has left for Saint Petersburg to participate in the events of the EurAsEC Interparliamentary Assembly.

There will be held the Bureau and a session of the EurAsEC Interparliamentary Assembly, which are scheduled to be held on December 22-23. The issues on election of a Chairman of the EurAsEC Interparliamentary Assembly and appointment of members of the EurAsEC Court are on the agenda.

The issues of interparliamentary interaction in the sphere of customs regulation, border, trade, agroindustrial policy, nature management and ecology are planned to be discussed at a joint session of standing commissions of the EurAsEC Interparliamentary Assembly.

K.Mami is also expected to meet with Secretary General of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Mikhail Krotov.
