Senate Speaker, Singapore Ambassador discuss two countries? coop

ASTANA. March 13. KAZINFORM Senate Speaker Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Singapore to Kazakhstan Sim Cheok Leem; Senate press service informed Kazinform.

During the meeting the two diplomats spoke for further strengthening of the ties in all spheres of bilateral cooperation, as well interparliamentary relations. Tokayev informed that in February, 2009 the Senate created a group for cooperation with Singapore Parliament in order to promote interparliamentary relations. The Ambassador extended an invitation of Singaporean Parliament Speaker Abdullah Tarmugi to Kazakh Senate Speaker to py an official visit to their country.
