Shvedova leads Kazakhstan into second round of 2014 BNP Paribas Open

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Yaroslava Shvedova from Kazakhstan has eased into the second round of the 2014 BNP Paribas Open taking place at the Indiana Wells Tennis Garden in Indiana Wells, the United States, Kazinform refers to Vesti.kz.

The №64 of the WTA ranking Shvedova outplayed the 29-year-old Chanelle Scheepers in three sets 4:6, 6:4, 6:3.

In the second round tie Shvedova will meet with Estonian Kaia Kanepi.
